Director of Religious Education

Hello from the desk of your new Director of Religious Education!

I am honored to be accepting this position at Jesus Our Risen Savior parish. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and moved to SC with my husband Glenn and our 4 children in 2011, 3 of whom are now members of this parish with their spouses and families. I am both a cradle Catholic and a product of RCIA having gone through the program with my husband 25 years ago. My background ranges from degrees in education and a master’s in organizational leadership to sales and nonprofit executive. I have taught CCD and RCIA, written and taught women’s bible studies, and created women’s retreats and conferences around the country.

I am grateful to be here in Spartanburg near my grandchildren! I look forward to getting to know more of you as I work alongside Fr. Raphael and Angeles to bring the love of Christ and His Church to our children.
