Saint Vincent De Paul Society is a charitable arm of the Catholic Church, dedicated to helping needy people and treating them with dignity as we do so. At the same time, we Vincentians strive to better ourselves and stay close to Jesus Christ and His church.
The JORS conference of the international Society of St. Vincent de Paul is sponsored and supported by the generosity of our parishioners. We meet with clients and help them mostly by making direct payments to their utility providers. All of us are volunteers, and we welcome new volunteers, either working members (we provide training) or contributing members
Food Pantry hours are 9:00 to 11:00 AM every Thursday. Donations of non-perishable foods, household cleaners and toiletries are much appreciated. Items can be left in the baskets near the Food Pantry door.
On Thursdays from 11 to 12 noon, interviews by SVdP volunteers are conducted with individuals/families needing financial assistance with utilities, rent, etc. An appointment must be made prior to this interview. To make an appointment for this support call 864-606-1357.
